About the Project
Fast Logistics is a modern logistics platform designed to simplify the process of sending and receiving parcels within and across states. The project focuses on creating a seamless, user-friendly experience for both customers and riders, with two dedicated mobile apps , one for users and another for delivery riders.
The user app empowers customers to quickly register, request a delivery, and connect with verified riders nearby. Users can track their parcels in real time, view delivery progress, and make payments securely through multiple channels, including an in-app wallet for added convenience. The goal was to provide a smooth and transparent delivery experience that eliminates the common frustrations associated with local logistics in Nigeria, such as unreliable communication, lack of tracking, and poor user interface design.
The rider app is built to support the needs of delivery personnel. Riders can register, go through a verification and approval process, and start receiving delivery requests directly from users. The app provides tools for managing requests, updating delivery status, tracking earnings, and communicating with customers efficiently , all while maintaining a professional and secure environment for both parties.
The design process centered on creating an intuitive, user-focused interface that reflects speed, reliability, and trust. Every element , from onboarding to payment , was carefully thought out to reduce friction and encourage repeated use.
